How do I obtain an estimate?
Start by sending me clear photos of you RV and a short description of what you need. You can text or email the pictures - this helps me understand you project before we schedule anything in person.
I try to answer every call when it comes in, and if I miss one, I'll return it that afternoon (usually around 4-5pm) with an update or estimate. Most messages get a response the same day, and always within 1-2 days depending on the workload.
I built this website to give you clear direction and answer as many common questions as possible - I know how fustrating it is when a website or business gives you no information, updates, or the run around. My goal is to communicate clearly in order to make things simple and upfront from the start.
Steps to receive a service.
- Please Send me clear photos of your RV and a short description of what you need. You can text or email the pictures - this helps me understand you project before we schedule anything in person.
- I will create an estimate based on what I think it's going to take to get the job done as efficient as possible (Labor, parts, time, etc.) via txt or email.
- Upon agreeing on a round about price we will schedule out when you can drop off your rig.
- Upon arrival it's all about communication. I like to give updates often via txt and will let you know whats going on every step of the way.
- When completed come by and you will get a detailed description of the repair that took place. I want customers I provide services for happy with the outcome they receive. There's no kicking the can down the road here. It's never happened but please if you are not satisfied with something I did no problem let me know and I will rectify the situation.
Do you offer mobile repair services?
Negative. In order to provide the best services possible for our customers all work is complted at our private shop near Needville, Texas by appointment.
What type of RVs do you work on?
We work on Fifth wheels - Travel trailers - Motorhomes - Toy haulers - Truck campers (case by case) - Cargo trailers - no pop up or tents.
Do you install customer supplied parts?
This is my Customer-Supplied Parts Policy.
We prefer to supply all parts to ensure proper fit, quality, and warranty support.
If you choose to provide your own parts, we are happy to install them under the following conditions:
- Labor rates are higher for customer-supplied parts, since we cannot earn a parts margin.
- No warranties are offered on customer-supplied parts or the labor associated with installing them.
- If the part is incorrect, defective, or causes delays, additional labor charges may apply.
- All parts must be provided before the appointment for inspection.
This policy protects both you and us, and ensures the job is done correctly.
Do you install Mini-Splits on all RVs?
Most RVs can accept a mini-split, but installation depends on available mounting space - wiring access - where to put the condenser.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. For roof and water intrusion jobs, we can provide documentation to assist your insurance company, but we do not directly bill insurance.
Do you offer quotes over the phone?
Simple estimates, maybe. Accurate quotes require photos or an inspection.
